Hey Rockets fans, rate Yao's career thus far.
When the Rockets drafted him, Houston was abuzz with the possibility of going to the NBA finals. But since the big man has donned the red and white uniform, the Rockets haven't come close to finals. To make matters worse, the last four seasons Yao has been pretty much non existent. He hasn't played in more than 60 games a season since 2004 and completely missed last season. I have to believe that his commitments to playing for the Chinese national team have hampered his NBA career, he has participated in the 2000, 2004, 2008 Olympics , the 2006 World Championships and the 2001, 2003 and 2005 FIBA Asian Championship . His career hasn't been a total waste as he has been to several All-Star games and made many All-NBA teams. It just feels that Houston was expecting much more from him. 5. The Mayweather Pacquaio fight will probably never happen. Manny will fight a few more times then retire to a life of pickup basketball and politics. Floyd has been charged with 8 crimes, 4 of which are felonies and will more than likely spend the next 12 months dealing with these legal issues. One many thought would be the best fight of the last 10-15 years will never happen. 4. The Heavyweight division is lackluster at best. Lopsided College Football Score of the Week
How can a team recuperate after losing a game by 69 points?! Well, Portland St. will have a week to think of something as they got blasted 69-0 , by (5) Oregon . The score was 69-0 when the third quarter ended and Oregon decided to call off the dogs. I guess calling off the dogs is okay, but still searching for that 100 point game.
