The WorldBeaters Are Back

Hello world, its been a minute since I posted anything but I'm back at it.  Bigger and better. This post is going to be a little of everything, sports, music, comics, etc. Just so you can get a feel for where I'm at.  Shall we?  We shall. Sports: 2 games in and these are Cam Newton's stats:  854 passsing yds, 62.7 completetion %, 3 passing TDs, 4 INTs, and a QB rating of 89.1.  He's been the whole offense for Carolina, this guy is gonna be good.  Go ahead and give him the rookie of the year trophy now. Music:  I feel like this has been a pretty weak year for Hip Hop.  "Watch The Throne" was average at best.  Still haven't listened to the Lil Wayne's "Carter IV" or Game's "R.E.D.", but early reviews are that both aren't exactly amazing.  Expect my reviews soon.  Big Sean's "Finally Famous" is pretty nice.  My favorite track is "Celebrity" which uses a dope sample of an Angela Bofills song.

Creativity

What do you get when you remove record companies, record sales, and any form of conformity from a record? Creativity! The artist isn't trying to replicate whats hot at the moment or trying to move so many records that they completely water down there record with singles, and fillers. This is the beauty of the mixtape. The TALENT has complete control of his or her vision. Every once in a while a true talent breaks free from whatever has tied them up for so long and is able to put out a project 100% the way they want to and when this happens we get little nuggets of pure gold like Elzhis "Elmatic". http://elzhi.com/ Enjoy SG WorldBeater

Summer Fit

Image
Since the first official day of summer isn't for another 3-4 weeks (June 21st), I thought this would be the perfect time for me to share with my fellow WorldBeaterS a couple of tips on how to get fit for Summer 2011. -First things first reduce the amount of calories you eat. Now normally I'm not one to tell my clients to restrict calories but since we are working against time i think this might be quite beneficial.Weight loss is as simple as "Calories in vs. Calories out" meaning burn more calories then you consume to lose weight. So by cutting back on the amount of food you eat means the less working out you'll have to do to burn those calories. -HIT THE WEIGHTS!! Can't stress this enough, for whatever reason when we think of losing weight we think of long bouts with the treadmill, elliptical, or stationary bike. While all those things are good for being all around fit nothing is more important for weight loss then resistance training. Not here to bore you w

It takes more than a single person to keep a proper beat on the world, so i'm jumping in to inject my own unique view of this crazy world to WorldBeaterS
